You may download, edit and use the templates on this site for your own business, including commercially, and you may give a completed document to your customers. You may not repackage the blank templates and redistribute or sell them as your own product.

The templates and generators are provided as they are, without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that a document produced here is suitable for your job, complies with the law of your state, or will be enforceable. You are responsible for checking that.
